Gathering in breath is a powerful reminder that we’re not alone in our healing. In these group sessions, we breathe together—each person on their own journey, while being supported by the shared presence in the room.

I am a globally accredited, trauma-informed breathwork practitioner. This means every session is guided with nervous system awareness, choice, and consent at its core. You are always in control of your breath, your body, and your experience. I prioritise safety, grounding, and attunement—offering invitations rather than instructions, and adapting the space responsively to what’s present in the room.

The practice is Conscious Connected Breathwork, guided in a way that honours both safety and depth. Some sessions are slow and introductory, supporting regulation and gentle reconnection. Others are more immersive and rhythmic, often accompanied by shamanic drumming, inviting deeper release and expanded states of awareness.

You’re encouraged to meet your inner world with honesty and respect for your own edges. There’s no expectation to push, perform, or have a particular experience. The breath does the work it’s ready to do.

I hold space that is intuitive, grounded, and responsive—not rushed or clinical. Whether this is your first experience with breathwork or part of an ongoing healing path, you’ll be met exactly where you are.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about listening.

Releasing.

Remembering.

And allowing the body to move in its own rhythm—held within the wider rhythm of the group.

The Long Exhale 90-minute Fortnightly Friday night group breathwork session at Broadfield District Community Centre is a trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork experience, created for those seeking a deeper, more intentional connection with the breath.

Held in a carefully facilitated, limited-capacity group, you’ll be guided through a breathing journey that supports release, clarity, and reconnection—while honouring nervous-system safety, choice, and individual pacing.

This is an invitation to slow right down, turn inward, and reset your system in a grounded, supportive way—leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more resourced as you move into the weekend.

The Warrior Threshold Shamanic Breathwork Pure Connection

The Warrior’s Threshold

Thursdays, 6:30pm | Broadfield District Community Centre

The Warrior’s Threshold is a deep, 90-minute, body-led breathwork journey supported by shamanic drumming and rhythm, offered fortnightly on Thursday evenings.

Designed to help you release built-up tension and stored emotion from the working week, this trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork experience invites grounding, strength, and embodied release at your own pace. This is not about pushing or forcing, but about reconnecting with your inner resilience, clearing what no longer serves, and crossing into the weekend feeling lighter, steadier, and more present in your body.
