I’ll guide you through the technique step by step so you feel grounded and ready before we begin your first breath journey.

6 x 1.5 Hour Sessions

For those ready to go beyond single sessions and commit to real transformation.

This journey unfolds over six sessions, creating a steady container to explore emotional release, energetic shifts, and reconnecting with your deeper self. Each session builds on the last, allowing space for your body and breath to open layer by layer.

We begin each time with a grounding check-in before moving into the breathwork journey, giving you space to process at your own pace. Between sessions, you’ll have simple tools to support integration and carry insights into daily life.

By the end of the series, you’ll feel clearer, more grounded, and deeply connected to yourself—with lasting practices to support your growth well beyond our time together.

We begin with a brief check-in, then move into a guided breath journey that gives your body space to release, process, and realign.

These regular sessions offer time to explore emotional layers, access insight, and shift what no longer serves you—gently and at your own pace.

We close with grounding and reflection, plus space to talk through what came up and learn simple tools to support your everyday life.

Deeper Session

2 Hour Session

For returning clients ready to go deeper—with more time and space.

This extended 2-hour session offers a spacious container to explore what’s alive in you—emotional release, energetic shifts, or reconnecting with clarity and purpose.


We begin with a check-in, then move into a longer breath journey, giving your body time to guide you through deeper layers at its own pace.


We close with space for integration—time to reflect, share, and receive tools that support what surfaced, like journaling prompts, grounding techniques, or energetic practices.


You’ll leave feeling clear, supported, and connected to your next step.

Each session concludes with reflection and integration, giving you space to process insights and receive tools or techniques to carry the benefits into daily life. By the end of the journey, you’ll feel more grounded, aligned, and connected to the deeper rhythms of your own growth.

This session is ideal for deepening your practice while also preparing you for the full 6-session Journey Into You, where lasting transformation unfolds.
