Breathwork is a powerful practice using conscious, connected breathing to support emotional release, clarity, and reconnection with your body and inner truth. It's safe, transformative, and always guided with care.
Not at all. Whether you're brand new or familiar with this kind of work, you're welcome exactly as you are. I’ll guide you through everything gently and intuitively.
That’s absolutely okay—simply get in touch and we’ll find a time together that feels aligned and works beautifully for both of us.
We start with a gentle check-in, I explain how the session will run, and I show you the breath technique.
Then the session starts with a time for grounding and relaxing into your body before moving into the breath. After, we move into more relaxing space for you to come back to your body. I guide you throughout, and there’s time afterward to integrate and reflect.
Every session is unique to you.
That’s totally normal and welcome. Breathwork can bring up stored emotions; we allow it without judgment. I hold a safe, supportive space for whatever comes up.
If you have had or currently experience any of the below, please seek medical advice before proceeding with our session and advise me of the outcome so I can plan accordingly:
• Cardiovascular problems
• High or abnormal blood pressure
• History of aneurysms
• Epilepsy or history and seizures
• Strong prescribed medications
• Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia
• Bipolar depression
• Osteoporosis
• Recent surgery
• Glaucoma
• Pregnancy
• An active addiction
• Untreated mental illness or lack of adequate support
You'll choose a session length (short & sweet, or deep & detailed). We’ll explore your questions or themes together using the cards, and I’ll share insights, reflections, and space to talk it all through. It's collaborative, not predictive, a snapshot of possibilities in the future based on where you are right now.
Tarot isn’t here to shock or upset you; it’s a gentle guide showing where your current path may lead. Sometimes, what comes up might feel challenging, but I hold each session in a supportive, compassionate space — so you can gain insight, feel empowered, and choose whether to lean in or shift direction.

Both! I offer online sessions via Google Meet, and in-person sessions in Canterbury, New Zealand depending on location and availability. Just ask if you're unsure.

Life happens, I just ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. I’ll always be compassionate, but also honouring the time and energy I set aside for you.
