Through conscious breathwork, we’ll gently explore your inner world—with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique path.

Your body leads the journey, opening in its own time. I hold safe space for you to reconnect with it, release what no longer serves you, and rediscover yourself.

My approach is intuitive, grounded, and heart-led—not clinical or rigid. Whether you’re new to breathwork or deep into your healing, I’ll meet you where you are.

We begin with a relaxed, open chat where I introduce you to conscious connected breathing—what it is, how it works, and why it matters.

You’ll learn about the science, the benefits, and what you might feel emotionally, physically, or energetically—and how we’ll gently support whatever comes up.

I’ll guide you through the technique step by step so you feel grounded and ready before we begin your first breath journey.

It’s a spacious, intuitive session led by your body—not forced, not rushed.

Regular Session

1.5 Hour Session

For returning clients ready to go deeper.


We begin with a brief check-in, then move into a guided breath journey that gives your body space to release, process, and realign.

These regular sessions offer time to explore emotional layers, access insight, and shift what no longer serves you—gently and at your own pace.

We close with grounding and reflection, plus space to talk through what came up and learn simple tools to support your everyday life.


It’s a safe, intuitive way to deepen your breathwork practice—held within a steady, supportive container.

Deeper Session

2 Hour Session

For returning clients ready to go deeper—with more time and space.

This extended 2-hour session offers a spacious container to explore what’s alive in you—emotional release, energetic shifts, or reconnecting with clarity and purpose.


We begin with a check-in, then move into a longer breath journey, giving your body time to guide you through deeper layers at its own pace.


We close with space for integration—time to reflect, share, and receive tools that support what surfaced, like journaling prompts, grounding techniques, or energetic practices.


You’ll leave feeling clear, supported, and connected to your next step.

With this regular session, there’s enough time to explore emotional layers, access insight, and allow your body to shift energies that no longer serve you. We close with dedicated space for reflection, grounding, and integration. After, you have the chance to talk through what came up during the session and explore simple, supportive techniques to help you carry the work into your day-to-day life in a way that feels natural.

This session is ideal when you want to deepen your practice while still staying within a gentle, contained framework.

This extended session is for returning clients who feel ready to dive into deeper territory. With a full two hours, you’ll have a spacious, supported container to explore what’s alive in you — whether it’s emotional release, energetic movement, or reconnecting with clarity and purpose.

We begin with a short check-in before dropping into a longer breathwork journey, giving your body and breath the time they need to guide you through deeper layers. This extra time often allows for more profound shifts or openings to emerge naturally.

The final part of the session is dedicated to processing and integration — a chance to reflect, share, and receive tools or practices that align with what surfaced. Whether that’s journaling prompts, grounding techniques, or energetic support, you’ll leave feeling clear, supported, and connected to the next step of your journey.
